How Can We Help You?

Financial Assistance

Living with a chronic health condition is expensive. We provide monthly financial assistance grants to low-income women to help offset the financial burden of illness.

Our Transportation Program provides rides to medical appointments whether on the Cape or in Boston and for other health related needs.

Connection & Community

At HOW, you have many opportunities to connect with other women or with other agencies to support your healthcare journey.
