SUMMARY:Grieving & Growing Group
DESCRIPTION:This new group is for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. Grieving affects us physically\, emotionally\, and spiritually. It takes courage to grieve and it can be very lonely. Together in a supportive group we can help each other process our grief\, so that we grow. \nGroup sessions will include quiet reflection\, writing\, sharing\, poetry\, and meditation. facilitated by Betsy Simmons\, a health educator\, grief counselor\, and Eastham resident.  \nPlease join us for an introductory group session on September 6th from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm. This will be an ongoing group that will meet throughout September and October. There is no session on September 27th.  \n Registration is not required but preferred.  \nFor more information or to register\, email pam@helpingourwomen.org or call 508-487-4357! \nTransportation available for HOW clients.
