SUMMARY:Grieving & Growing Group
DESCRIPTION:This group is for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. Grieving affects us physically\, emotionally\, and spiritually. It takes courage to grieve and it can be very lonely. Together in a supportive group we can help each other process our grief\, so that we grow. \nGroup sessions will include quiet reflection\, writing\, sharing\, poetry\, and meditation. facilitated by Betsy Simmons\, a health educator\, grief counselor\, and Eastham resident. \nThis will be an ongoing group that will meet throughout the year. There is no session on November 27th.  \nRegistration is not required but preferred. \nFor more information or to register\, email Pam at pam@helpingourwomen.org. \nTransportation available for HOW clients.
