In addition to his work with ENTRAIN\, Sam has had the honor of playing music with artists such as Babatunde Olatunji\, Bo Diddley\, Gil Scott-Heron\, Kate and James Taylor\, Bob Weir\, and even Bill Clinton. \nA Berklee grad\, Sam is currently on the faculty of Cotuit Center for the Arts and brings therapeutic drumming to many special needs communities via his organization Drum Strategies For Healing. DESCRIPTION:The Soup Kitchen In Provincetown (SKIP) will host its annual “Souper” Saturday lunch on December 4\, from 11:30am until 2:30pm\, at Tin Pan Alley\, 269 Commercial Street\, Provincetown. For $8 per serving\, the public is invited to enjoy a 12-ounce cup of hot\, hearty soup provided by one of more than 30 local restaurants and other businesses. A cash bar will be open and piano entertainment provided. \nTakeaway quarts of cold soup will be available for $15 just steps away at the Firehouse\, 254 Commercial Street\, where SKIP merchandise such as T-shirts and mugs will also be available for sale. \n“‘Souper’ Saturday is a popular annual event\, and it brings SKIP much-needed funding to help our volunteers operate this remarkable community resource\,” said Philip Franchini\, chairperson of the SKIP board of directors. \n“It’s also a great way to get into the spirit of the season of giving.” \n  \nHOW is a proud supporter of SKIP and the tremendous work they do to feed the people of Provincetown… including our staff! \n  \nAbout SKIP \nFrom November through April\, SKIP serves hot\, nutritious meals weekdays at the Provincetown United Methodist Church\, 20 Shank Painter Road. SKIP meals\, served from 12:30pm until 1:30pm are free of charge and open to anyone in the community.
