Presence & Pleasure: A Mindful Movement Exploration

Join us in guided movement meditations, gentle easy movement, and dynamic aliveness on your path to wholeness on Thursdays in September from 3-4 pm at St. Mary of the Harbor in Provincetown!
Explore the pleasure of embodied movement and the power of intentional stillness. These classes are designed to cultivate ease, enjoyment and creative ways of knowing through the body.
Classes are facilitated by Constance Clare-Newman. Over the last 30 years of teaching embodiment, Constance has developed a trauma-sensitive, neuroscience-informed approach to embodiment practices that focus on wholeness of being.
