Event Series Event Series: Community Drum Circle

Community Drum Circle

June 14, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Helping Our Women is excited to invite Outer Cape residents to participate in our Community Drum Circle! Everyone in the community is welcome to attend – please click on the link below to register in advance as we have a limited number of drums available. If you have your own djembe drum, please consider bringing it with you!

Why should you join our drum circle?

Have fun, destress, and build community! Learning and sharing music is a great way to build social connection. Drumming has also been shown to decrease inflammation, anxiety, and stress – it’s a great way to have some fun and heal your body and mind at the same time! Come boost your immune system and meet  new people!
