Start a new Thanksgiving tradition this year!The Pilgrim Trot 5K returns to Provincetown on Thanksgiving morning, and there’s a spot for everyone. Run it, jog it, or take a gentle stroll. However you move, you’ll be supporting women on the Outer Cape who are living with chronic and life-threatening illness.
