Give the Gift of Support
Helping Our Women educates, empowers and supports women on the Outer Cape who are living with chronic, disabling or life-threatening health conditions. We carry out our mission by providing the following free, direct services focused on improving access to healthcare and well-being: Transportation to healthcare and wellness appointments; Financial Assistance to off-set the economic burden of living with a chronic health condition for women with limited income; Tablet & Internet Program; Food & Personal Products Pantry; as well as programs promoting wellness and social engagement.
We maintain an open-door policy to provide information, advocacy and referrals to all community members.
